Located in the typical district of Vitoria, classified as World Heritage by Unesco, it is located in the immediate vicinity of the city's cultural and festive centers of interest. This house was designed to offer today's comfort in a setting steeped in history.
The exterior of the building has the charming allure of the neighborhood and its interior offers different vivid color tones for its three luxurious en-suite suites, its delicately furnished bedroom with separate bathroom and its duplex on the top floor.
On the ground floor, the place offers the possibility with a terrace to set up a charming cafeteria.
On the first floor is the larger suite, carefully furnished and fitted out, which has a bathroom with shower which can be accessed from the bedroom via a small staircase below giving it a very original and charming style.
On the second floor is the second suite with balcony featuring a bathroom in bright and elegant red tones.
Still accessing via the beautiful metal staircase, the third bedroom, therefore, having a private bathroom with a charming bathtub overlooking the wall on the bathroom side and on the street on the bedroom side.
The fourth bedroom overlooking the wall including the bathroom nicely decorated with bluish green tiles, reserved for the latter is on the same landing as the third bedroom.
Then finally on the top floor, since September 2020, a duplex with balcony and view overlooking the Douro, equipped kitchen has been refitted.
