Building in Belém with approved project to build a 40-room hotel,
Situated rua da Junquiera, in Belém, by far one of the best neighborhoods in Lisbon.
There are absolutely amazing tourist attractions, excellent museums and great views of the Tagus estuary, close to the new MAAT Museum, the Belém Tower, the Jerónimos Monastery, and the famous Pastéis de Belém.
The total area of the project is 1846.04 m2 with 1801.77 m2 of construction area.
The current building has 4 floors.
The project plans to make 2 underground levels of 8 parking spaces, and climb to 1 floor the building. The 7 floors, served by 2 elevators, will offer in addition to the 40 rooms, a reception area, a bar and a restaurant.
The building has no tenants currently.

Belém is a charming area west of Lisbon. This is where many of the city's most iconic tourist attractions are located.
In its origin, Belém was the district of Lisbon where there were docks and shipyards. It was the place where the great trips of the fifteenth century to India, East Africa and Brazil departed.

As the property is not inhabited, the person responsible for the property is the only one who has the keys. Visits to the property are possible with restrictions and a protocol, a minimum distance of 2 meters between each person will be respected during the visit. Only one visit is possible per day, with a maximum of 2 people per client.
